Show Notes

I am so thrilled to have this amazing human join me for this episode. Kai is a TEDx speaker, violinist, composer and has been open about his struggles with being bipolar. Kai and I met because we are speakers at the same agency, and share the same agent. I was so fascinated by him and what he does when we were introduced, I just had to have him on. In this episode we talk about how this quarantine has actually created a flow and some discipline to assist in managing our mental illnesses, and we also chat about how Kai takes the art of composing and music as a metaphor and uses it to teach large corporations and businesses.
